vegan faux leather material - does yardage come on a roll?

There are many types of vegan faux leather. Most commonly used is polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which is available in yardage and can come on a roll, similar to other types of fabric. The rolls are typically wider and allow for continuous lengths of the material, which is useful for projects requiring a larger surface area. Smaller quantities of polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) vegan faux leather can also be found pre-cut or folded into smaller pieces.

The newer bioleathers made from plants or fruits are available in sheets instead of yardage. Each type of material has different specifications in size and weight. It is best to check with the manufacturer to see if the material best fits your needs.
